Outstanding attention to detail.  We’ve seen other houses going up in our area, built by others, and many seem sloppy compared with Jim’s work.  Things like brick work and tile work were especially well attended to.   There’s an overall sturdiness to our home that seems better than  others.

We say out loud several times a week, “Man, what a great house!”  Really, we do, even after 2 years! Great solid adobe walls – good windows-high quality roof, big garage, etc.

Madueña Homes we would answer yes, but we believe this will be our definitive home.  A friend of our asked us if we were still on speaking terms with the contractor at the conclusion.  We were shocked to hear the question because we come to consider the Madueñas  as extended family.  Our friend had not had a good experience with his builder.
