The quality of the materials & labor was very good. I think Jim did an exceptional job of getting best for our money. I am very proud to tell folks it is a Madueña home. Although it isn’t the biggest or most expensive home him has built, it still shows his originality & wonderful creativity.
We love to cook & entertain – Jim focused on our lifestyle when he designed our efficient kitchen & great room. He was able to maximize the living space while staying within our budget. Jim sat down with us and listened to what we wanted in a home. He was able to translate our vision into a beautiful and efficient home. I was amazed at the way he visualized exactly what we wanted. Also, our home is so efficient in staying warm in the winter & cool in summer months that we rarely use AC or electric heat.
